Project Manager

Our Client is looking for an experienced and motivated project manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing cross-functional projects that drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiencies. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop project plans and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure clear communication and collaboration
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful completion
Identify and manage project risks and ensure mitigation plans are in place
Communicate project status and issues with stakeholders, including senior management
Ensure projects are completed in accordance with relevant standards and regulations
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with business goals
Conduct post-project evaluations and develop recommendations for future improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or a related field
5+ years of project management experience in retail or in a fast-paced environment
Excellent knowledge of project management methods and tools
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of project management software such as MS Project
