Centura Business Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer for our Team. The successful candidate is responsible for the management of the planning, design and implementation of various construction projects and ensures that these are completed within the terms of the budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibility:
Develop project plans, schedules and budgets Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction to completion Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards Provide technical guidance and support to project team members Communicate project status and issues with stakeholders including customers and management Manage project change orders and ensure all parties are aware of any changes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related fields 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods and regulations Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of project management software such as MS Project Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail If you’re a results-driven professional with a passion for project management and a commitment to delivering quality construction projects, we want to hear from you!
